This Privacy Policy describes how VidRemark ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect or store any personally identifiable information on our servers. The app may collect the following data on-device:

• Video bookmarks – URLs and metadata you choose to save, stored locally on your device.
• Photo library access – Only when you explicitly save a video to your device.

2. Advertising

VidRemark uses Google AdMob to display ads to non-subscribed users. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant advertisements. On iOS, we request your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before using your data for personalized ads.

3. Subscription and Payments

In-app purchases and subscriptions are managed by Apple App Store and Google Play. Payment information is handled entirely by these platforms. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status; RevenueCat may collect anonymous purchase data. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

4. Data Storage

All bookmarks and user preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not operate any servers that store your personal data.

VidRemark is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
